Applications may be submitted at any time, but please note that applications are only reviewed on a cyclical basis three times per year: the last week of February for our Winter cycle, the last week of May for our Spring cycle, and the last week of August for our Summer cycle.

All shortlisted applicants will be required to complete an interview with members of the Moving Picture Institute team.
